04 / The rebuild / From the 2025 portfolio
Two inches out.
Worth starting again.
A spa arrived from a previous crew about two inches out of alignment. Destiny took it back to preparation and rebuilt the finish.
01 / The problem
The finish could wait.
The alignment couldn’t.
The spa came to Destiny from an earlier stage of the build, completed by another crew. It was approximately two inches out of alignment.
Before the tile could become the focus, the underlying work needed attention.
02 / The work
Back to preparation.
Destiny demolished the existing work and prepared the spa again. The aim was to restore alignment, prepare the area correctly and reduce the risk of future water infiltration.
03 / The result
A clean,
rebuilt finish.
The completed spa appears in Destiny’s 2025 portfolio, finished with blue mosaic tile and stone coping.
Some jobs begin by putting earlier work right. That preparation belongs in the story as much as the final surface.
